what are you grateful for?





its all about a change of perspective. A bad mood that you're experiencing can easily be shifted with just a change of perspective. and all it takes is one simple question or statement.





what are you grateful for?  simple, but one of the most effective questions to ask yourself daily.
whenever you are angry, upset or just frustrated with life just ask yourself, what is one thing that you are grateful for today? 


so today, I'm grateful for my bed. 
Because it's in a room that is encased within a house. A house that covers my head and keeps me safe regardless of the weather and other conditions outside.
so today, I'm grateful that i have a place to sleep,and on a comfy and spacious bed. ha
